Shipping Policy

Processing Times: All orders are made to order and processed within 3-7 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays. Please be aware that during high volume periods, production times may vary.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the UK.

Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of delays.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the size and weight of the order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the completion of your order.

International Shipping: We don't ship internationally.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage to assist with our claims process. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through replacement or refund.

Returns and Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

Exceptions: Please note, personalized or custom-made items are exempt from being returned due to customer remorse. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty goods.

Returns Policy

Defective or Damaged Products: We stand behind the quality of our products. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us immediately if you or your customers encounter any issues with the products.

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Error Responsibility: If the claim is deemed an error on our part, we will cover the expenses and take the necessary steps to rectify the issue. Please submit a problem report detailing the issue with the order or product.

Return Process: Automated notifications will be sent upon receipt of a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. Please ensure that you contact info@safanow.com before returning any products.

Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in a return to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed. We emphasize the importance of providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. To avoid unnecessary costs, please encourage your customers to claim their shipments promptly.
